Refund policy

 

If there is any special case where you believe that you have received a damaged product or received the wrong item, please email us at customercare@sportssquare.co.in along with the picture of the product and your order number and we will try our best to answer your query at the earliest (does not include Saturday and Sunday).

Shoes: Issues regarding wear and tear and manufacturing defects will only be considered during the 1st 30 days from the date of purchase. After which there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Padel:Babolat offers a six month manufacturer’s defect warranty from date of purchase stating that the padel is free from defect in material or workmanship within this period.  This warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Babolat or authorized Babolat dealers and is not transferable. 

Padels affected by normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence will not be accepted. Normal wear includes faded graphics, small dents or scratches and markings/residue on face of paddle. Padels that have been tampered with (re-glued, grip changed, etc.) or have been marked with permanent identification will not be eligible for a warranty claim. 

To make a claim, please contact Babolat India on our website: www.babolatpadel.in (please use Chrome or Firefox for best results) and click on “Contact Us” to submit a request.

Dealers may also enter warranty claims on their B2B account.

 

In any case where we do approve a cancellation/exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable) and couriered to our head office. Only upon receiving the original item the exchange will be initiated. If we are unable to exchange the item because of the product or size being out of stock, you will receive a personalised discount code which can be used for any future purchases at www.babolatbadminton.in

No used products will be exchanged. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the exchange is not guaranteed.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of placing your order, after which the order cannot be cancelled. Refund will be initiated post successful cancellation and the amount will be refunded in the customer account with in 8-10 days.
